🍎 Basic Apple Puree Recipe 🍏

  1. take and wash 3 apples
  2. peel them
  3. cut them in small cubes
  4. put them in a pan and cover in water
  5. cook the apples on medium heat until tender (15 minutes)
  6. mash the apples with a spoon or use a blender

  1. wash, peel and dice 6 apples

  3. add cinnamon, ginger, and cloves
  4. cook the apples on medium heat until tender (15 minutes)
  5. add 2 cups of fresh spinach
  6. cook for 2 more minutes
  7. blend it all together, add cooking water if needed

🍎 Apple+Kale Baby Food Puree 🍏

  1. wash, peel and dice 4 apples
  2. put apples into a steamer basket
  3. steam over boiling water until tender (9 minutes)
  4. add 1/2 cup of kale into the steamer basket
  5. steam for 1 more minute
  6. blend it all together, add steamer water if needed
Apple carrot baby food recipe

This recipe from Sage Spoonfuls combines apples and carrots. Adding a bit of cinnamon gives this mixture that extra zest.

  1. wash, peel and dice 2 apples
  2. wash, peel and chop 5 carrots
  3. put into a steamer basket

  5. transfer into a blender
  6. add 1 banana
  7. blend it all together, add steamer water if needed

  1. wash, peel and dice 1 apple
  2. wash, peel and chop 1 zucchini
  3. put into a steamer basket
  4. add 1/2 cup of blueberries
  5. steam over boiling water until tender (10 minutes)
  6. blend it all together, add steamer water if needed
  7. add a bit of cinnamon and stir
apple avocado baby food puree

Natalie knows avocados are super healthy. They contain folate, fiber, potassium, vitamin E and iron. And mixing them with a sweet apple puree gives you the perfect combination.

  1. take 1 ripe avocado
  2. put it in a blender
  3. add 3 tablespoons of applesauce/apple puree
  4. blend it all together, add water if needed
